Today, I am thrilled to share my current TOP 10 MUST-WATCH ANIME with you! Whether you’re a well groomed weeb or just now putting on your floaties and swimming in the ocean of anime, this list is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy. These are the series that I am actively watching or have finished, that I believe you will enjoy as well—ones I believe every anime fan needs to experience at least once. Let’s dive right in! 



1. Solo Leveling 

Genre: Action, Fantasy, Adventure 


Why is it a Must-Watch: Follow Jin-woo, the man considered to be the weakest hunter in the world, as he gains unmatched abilities/powers and becomes an one-man army. With fire animation and intense fighting scenes, this anime will have begging for more! If you’re looking for a wonderful blend of fantasy and action, Solo Leveling has it all! The plot is a great take on the dungeon-crawling games. Making it a refreshing must-watch for anime fans.

2. Overlord 

Genre: Isekai, Dark Fantasy 


Why You Should Watch: Overlord dips into the dark side of the isekai genre. The protagonist is a young boy, who is coming to a close in a VR game, anxiously awaiting the start of a new one. As he prepares himself to exit the game and says goodbye to all of his members in his guild, he realizes he is the only one who can not leave. Trapped in the VR, he navigates a world where might makes right. The mystery behind Ainz Ooal Gown’s uprising to dominance, his wacky, but complex plans, and unusual interactions with diverse characters create a clutching story. If you enjoy world-building, fan service, and the exploration of dynamics in power, this anime will have a tight grip on you from beginning to end.

4. Tower of God 

Genre: Adventure, Fantasy, Mystery 


Why It’s a Must-Watch: climb the Tower of God to make your wildest dreams come true and see the stars, or become one yourself. The mystery of the tower itself and the variety of challenges it presents create constant interest. If you like slow but thorough world building, this anime is right for you. Each level has a different world and presents something new to the story that the level before doesn’t. With themes of betrayal and ambition, each character we meet is a friend we must keep at “arms distance”. Complex story plots, this series is a must-watch for fans who love psychological depth and unpredictable plot points.

Centered around our hero Deku and his nemesis Shigaraki, their battle brings depth, explosive battles, bloodshed, and heavy confrontations that will make every shonen fan satisfied. This season is by far the most pivotal and something you wouldn’t want to miss!

7.  IDOLiSH 7

A hilarious and clever twist on familiar tropes, makes you think: “are the heroes always in the right?
